Agni U.S. closes doors

Update:

Agni GenCell U.S. has been instructed to liquidate all assets.
All employees were terminated without notice or benefit and are owed at least one months wages. U.S. labor department authorities have been notified and an investigation is being launched.
There is no Agni corporate officer or legal representative in the U.S. to oversee the closing of the company and written communications with Singapore offices have been terminated.
